TRÓFEA GRILL RESTAURANT GIFT CARD

Gift cards do NOT have an expiration date, so they can be used for as long as you like.

IN CASE OF PERSONAL PURCHASE:

They can be collected immediately at the reception of our restaurants from 9 am to 9 pm (except Sundays until 8:30 pm) with cash, bank card, meal voucher, SZÉP card (currently from all three pockets). There is an OTP banknote machine close to the restaurant's main entrance.

IN CASE OF PAYMENT BY TRANSFER:

A written order (via the email address of our restaurants) is required by specifying the billing and, if different, postage data, as well as the type and quantity of the gift card you wish to order. + postage: HUF 1,500. Includes VAT.
We send the cards by registered mail to the requested address within 3-4 working days of the receipt of the amount deposited into our bank account.
We ask that orders placed before weekends and holiday periods be placed in good time - also due to the significant administration of our restaurants. Our stores cannot take responsibility for the actual delivery of the postal service.
